Become an essential part of a growing financial planning team as an Associate Financial Advisor. In this role, you’ll support daily operations, assist clients in achieving their financial goals, and gain hands-on experience in financial planning. Guided by Lead Advisors, you’ll refine your expertise while delivering a personalized, client-focused experience in a collaborative environment with opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities

Client Engagement and Planning Support:
- Identify clients for new or ongoing financial planning relationships.
- Prepare for client meetings, focusing on planning discussions.
- Collect and input client data into planning tools.
- Create and present comprehensive financial planning reports.
- Analyze cases, offer tailored advice, and present strategies in client meetings.
- Track client progress on financial actions and goals.
Portfolio and Investment Management:
- Assess clients’ risk tolerance, goals, and timeframes.
- Recommend portfolios and product solutions aligned with client needs.
- Present portfolio illustrations, execute trades, and implement strategies.
- Monitor market trends and recommend strategic adjustments.
Client Service and Operations:
- Respond to client inquiries and handle account servicing needs.
- Process transactions and maintain accurate client records.
- Ensure compliance with retention policies and recommend process improvements.
- Provide mentorship and training to other team members as needed.
Practice Support:
- Draft client communications, including personalized letters and emails.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a collaborative work environment.
- Support administrative tasks and operational needs.
