Join us for a ribbon-cutting to celebrate the expansion of Learn Build Fly's second educational hangar.

Learn Build Fly builds a stronger community by helping people of all ages recognize their full potential

Focus areas include connecting young people to engineering, aviation, manufacturing, and the trades; engaging youth in successful airplane builds; and encouraging youth to use their leadership and STEM skills to help our community.

 Although we serve all ages, we especially enjoy helping young people explore and develop in-demand skills. With aviation as a unique hook, participants build experience in engineering, manufacturing, and the skilled trades–important components of our local economy. More importantly, youth learn how to apply their learning while working in, living in, and contributing to Wausau.

The public and media are invited to attend.  

Ribbon cuttings and groundbreakings are held at member investor facilities that have celebrated one of the following successes:

• Broke ground or opened a new facility
• Moved to a new location
• Remodeled an existing facility
• Welcomed new ownership
• Underwent a significant re-branding or name change
