Join us to celebrate the opening of Blue Stone Estates, located in Marathon City, a division of SCS Property Management.  This pet-friendly property is located right off I-29 just minutes from downtown Wausau.  

Ribbon cuttings and groundbreakings are held at member investor facilities that have celebrated one of the following successes:

• Broke ground or opened a new facility
• Moved to a new location
• Remodeled an existing facility
• Welcomed new ownership
• Underwent a significant re-branding or name change
