The Woodson YMCA is pleased to welcome Cari Jensen as its new Vice President of Finance & Human Resources. Cari brings more than 15 years of experience in finance, accounting, business operations, and organizational leadership, with previous leadership roles at EO Johnson Business Technologies, CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen), Wipfli LLP, The Dirks Group, and Allied Health Chiropractic Centers. Her extensive background in both the private and public sectors provides a strong foundation as she joins the YMCA's Senior Leadership Team.

As Vice President of Finance & Human Resources, Cari will provide strategic leadership for the Association's financial and organizational sustainability, overseeing finance, human resources, payroll, employee benefits, insurance, banking, and information systems. She will work closely with the CEO, Board of Directors, Foundation Board, and leadership team to guide financial planning, budgeting, auditing, compliance, and staff development, helping ensure the Woodson YMCA remains a strong and sustainable resource for the communities it serves.

Cari's leadership and expertise will play an important role as the Woodson YMCA continues its mission of strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Her commitment to operational excellence, financial stewardship, and building strong organizations will help support the YMCA's continued growth and its ability to serve thousands of children, families, adults, and seniors throughout the greater Wausau area.
