Prevail Bank is pleased to announce that JoAnn Draeger has joined the organization as Vice President – Business Development Officer. In this role, she will leverage her extensive network of clients and business relationships to connect individuals and businesses with the financial solutions tailored to their unique needs. She will work closely with Prevail Bank’s Commercial Lending, Treasury Management, Mortgage, and Wausau branch teams to identify and expand opportunities for both deposit growth and lending relationships.

Draeger brings more than 35 years of experience in private banking, mortgage lending, commercial lending, and business development. Throughout her career, she has partnered with business owners, leaders, and organizations to help achieve strong financial outcomes and long-term success. Her collaborative approach, industry expertise, and commitment to relationship-building have made her a trusted resource for clients and colleagues alike.

Based at Prevail Bank’s Wausau office, Draeger will focus on strengthening existing relationships, developing new business opportunities, and helping individuals and businesses access the financial products and services that support their goals.

Draeger is an active and dedicated community leader. She serves as an Ambassador and Board Director for the Greater Wausau Chamber of Commerce, a Board Member of MCDEVCO, Membership Director and Board Member of the Wausau Early Birds Rotary Club, and a Board Member of Marathon County Crime Stoppers. Her passion for community engagement reflects her belief in building strong connections both professionally and personally.

Outside of her professional commitments, Draeger enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and supporting the communities she serves.
