Wausau, WI-May 27, 2025- Cloverbelt Credit Union (CCU) is proud to announce the awarding of 17 scholarships to exceptional local students. These annual scholarships recognize students who exemplify academic excellence, leadership and a strong commitment to community service.

These 17 students were selected from a competitive pool of applications based on their achievements in academics, extracurriculars, and community involvement. Each student was awarded a $500 scholarship to support their pursuit of higher education in a variety of fields.

“This is more than just a financial award—it’s a statement of belief in our youth and in the strength of our community,” said Lisa Hieronimus, CEO/President of Cloverbelt Credit Union. “For 25 years, we’ve had the privilege of watching scholarship recipients grow into professionals, leaders, and change-makers. We’re honored to be a small part of their journey.”

The scholarship program is one-way CCU gives back to the community that supports us—and supports the students who will shape our future.
