Bridge Street Mission seeks to employ a full-time Shift Manager for its Women's Recovery Center.  Second shift is currently available. The Women's Recovery Center serves up to 18 women who are experiencing homelessness, being released from jail or coming out of rehab. They are housed, learn to live addiction free and are equipped to re-enter society as healthy contributors.  A comprehensive program that moves women through stabilization, transformation and re-entry has been developed.    The preferred candidate will be free from all addictions, have biblical training, and demonstrate a strong understanding of clients experiencing homelessness and addictions. The abilities to manage a team of volunteers, counsel those with addictions and foster a grace-based environment of structure and discipline are essential.
