Local Sales Representative
Virtual Vision Computing, a web development and digital marketing company in Wausau, Wisconsin, is seeking a Local Outside Sales Representative to manage local business relationships and increase company revenue & profit growth. In this role, you will be the face of Virtual Vision in our local community, focusing on building and nurturing relationships with current and potential clients. You will work closely with local clients, both current and potential, to define key business opportunities, recommend strategies for continuous growth and sell our tailored digital marketing and web development services. Your efforts will directly contribute to our company’s revenue and profit growth.
What You Will Do:
Sales & Business Development
- Sell Virtual Vision’s digital marketing and web development services to local businesses.
- Cold call and set up demo meetings with new potential clients.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals with a self-driven approach.
- Work closely with the team on generating and executing sales plans and strategies to close new opportunities
- Close sales and achieve monthly quota
Relationship Management
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with current customers, ensuring continuous growth and satisfaction.
- Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic recommendations to help clients achieve their business goals through our services.
- Identifying and resolving customer challenges and escalating as required
Community Engagement
- Attend and/or manage our presence at local networking events to represent Virtual Vision and strengthen our presence in the community.
- Build trust and establish Virtual Vision as a valued business member in the local area.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quota
- 2-3 years of outside sales/prospecting
- Strong phone presence and experience making dozens of calls per week
- Strong organizational, time management, and ability to multi-task
- Motivation to self-guide and achieve results independently.
- Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills
- The ability to listen to the clients needs coupled with a customer-first mindset, always prioritizing the client’s perspective.
- Travel locally will be required, minimal overnights
- Ability to act proactively, take initiative, and represent Virtual Vision with professionalism.

- Commission Draw structure with unlimited earning potential
