Fit and help customers understand how our orthotics work and assist them in wearing them. Contact sold and unsold customers to ensure their product is helping. High-end customer service experience recommended, but not required. Sales experience also recommended, but not required. On-site paid training; commission and hourly wage is paid. Starting $13/hr and commission is given at 3% revenue and 6% depending on overall performance. Average hourly rate per employees based on performance sits at around $20/hr with commission included, but with numerous addtional opportunities and month-end bonus opportunities, there's much more to be earned!
