Gen Z, the youngest generation in the workforce, comes to us with diverse backgrounds and values and sees inclusion and belonging differently than past generations. In this talk, we will learn about how Gen Z views inclusivity and belonging, what shapes their worldview, and talk about how we can foster belonging through the use of inclusive language.
