Join the finest Wausau mixologists for its 7th year of unique fun and demonstration of how botanicals are used in a wide array of food and drink. Enjoy a curated menu of sample craft cocktails and complimentary sample dishes created from a selection of fresh local ingredients! July 16 AND July 17, 5-8 pm ONE ticket gets you access to BOTH nights $75 per ticket for non-members & $65 for Gardens members Wednesday, July 16 is at the RENEWed Gardens and will offer attendees the delicious tastes of blends, booze and bites by local servers, distillers and chefs. Guests will also enjoy family activities and tours through the Gardens. A silent auction and Heads or Tails game will add to the fun. This is a family-friendly, rain-or-shine event. Tickets for ages 17 and younger are $10 per child. (Ages two and under are free.) Wednesday will offer tastes and sips from Knowlton House Distillery, Great Northern Distilling, Siren Shrub Co., and Forward Beverage Co. as well as pizza fresh from the brick oven and a s’mores bar. Thursday, July 17 is at the RENEWed Wausau Club and Museum of Contemporary Art. This is your SNEAK PEEK to the under-renovation Wausau Club that will soon be available for rentals and offers Wedding Packages in collaboration with the Gardens. Doors open at 5 pm. You can wander through the main level galleries while bidding on the silent auction. Sip on beer and wine throughout the evening and taste samples from local connoisseurs! At 7 pm, tour the RENEWed ballroom. Opportunities to Fund-A-Need, bid in a live auction, and continued fun to follow. This is an ages 21+ event. ** Due to continued renovation, ADA access to the ballroom is NOT yet complete, access is only available via stairs. Thursday will bring you flavors from Venado, Sawmill Brewing Company, Red Eye Brewing Company, Siren Shrub Co., Forward Beverage Co., Lil’ Ole Winemaker Shoppe, and CHAR Grillhouse, plus more sweet and savory bites.
