Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD) is more than simply being “too sensitive” to criticism or rejection. This presentation explores the clinical, behavioral, and social components of Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria and its frequent connection with conditions such as Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder, Anxiety Disorders, and Major Depressive Disorder. Participants will also review practical strategies for identifying RSD and interventions to support clients through validation, emotional regulation, and distress tolerance.
