New in 2025:

Members can attend this new extension of our popular conference for $50 (non-members may attend for $70). Please look for the option to add this added experience during registration.

Featured speakers:

Gina Glover presents

Focus on the 5th Question:
Moving Conversations to Connections

Gina Glover is a professional speaker motivating audiences to think differently about networking and career development. She is a graduate of Ferris State University (Go Bulldogs!) and has been in northeast Wisconsin since 1996. In addition to speaking and coaching, she’s actively writing her first book and on a quest to run a race in every state - state #28 was North Dakota this past June. Gina delivered a TEDx talk in Oshkosh, Wisconsin in November 2023 and continues working to connect business professionals to the skills needed for building better relationships, communicating with confidence and achieving their personal best.

Lisa Brouwer presents

Daring Leadership, Courageous Living

Lisa Brouwer spent 20 years in a corporate, commission-based sales and leadership position where she was highly successful. But on the inside, Lisa wrestled with feeling enough despite her achievements, carried the weight of being a guilty mom and shared her emotional leftovers with the people who deserved her best. During an ugly-cry breakdown on her way to work one morning, Lisa had an epiphany ... her stark, overworked, overwhelmed reality did not match the vision she had for her life. It took Lisa five long years to leave her job and step into something that aligned with the bigger, bolder plan for her life. And it was through courageously doing deep inner work that she discovered she was worth being brave with her life.

Stephanie Perkins presents

Confidence in Conflict: A Model for Emotional Intelligence and Effective Communication

Stephanie Perkins stands at the forefront of innovative leadership development. As a certified brain-based coach from the prestigious NeuroLeadership Institute, she has carved a niche in transforming the dynamics of leadership and corporate culture. Stephanie is a seasoned speaker who has facilitated workshops and delivered keynotes from the sunny coasts of San Diego to the power corridors of Washington, D.C. Her sessions are a blend of insightful brain-based science and practical strategies, delivered with a touch of humor that ensures engagement and lasting impact.

Returning in 2025:

The purpose of this session is to introduce attendees to several local leaders. These women will share their stories on topics related to leadership. Panel participants TBA.

The gelato and gourmet popcorn from Fun Factory Sweet Shoppe was a hit in 2024 and will return in 2025!
