Celebrate the opening of Kolbe & Kolbe Millwork Co Inc's housing development, Evergreen Landing - Apartments on 8th.

This new, multifamily, workforce housing development offers 102 new, affordably priced rental units to Wausau. Built on land owned by Kolbe, no public money has funded its development or construction.

Ribbon cutting will be held at 1 p.m.

Ribbon cuttings and groundbreakings are held at member investor facilities that have celebrated one of the following successes:

• Broke ground or opened a new facility
• Moved to a new location
• Remodeled an existing facility
• Welcomed new ownership
• Underwent a significant re-branding or name change
