Coffee with Bob: Exploring Wausau's Past - 12/18/2026

Description

Discover the people, places and businesses that have shaped the Wausau area during a conversation with local historian, artist and lifelong resident Bob Becker. These engaging gatherings will offer a unique opportunity to explore our community's rich history through the perspective of someone with a deep appreciation for its past, present and future.

Each conversation will invite attendees to reflect on Wausau's evolution, from its early industries and influential personalities to the landmarks, neighborhoods and memorable moments that have defined the community. Through Becker's stories, observations and artistic perspective, participants will gain a deeper understanding of the people and events that have helped make the region what it is today.

The program on Friday, December 18 will feature a conversation about the Becker Geisel book, Forever in Focus, which Bob co-authored.

This program is open to the public at no fee. Registration is not required.
