Description

Want to reach the entire Chamber membership to promote your products, services, events, coupons, etc.?  If so, the Chamber Pak might just be the marketing tool you're looking for!

Chamber Pak is a semi-annual, cost-effective mailing, featuring marketing materials supplied by member businesses.  It provides members with a high-visibility opportunity to reach every Chamber member business.  We make it easy by coordinating the mailing, managing the postal regulations, paying the mailing fees and stuffing the envelopes.

Distribution quantity: 1,600 per mailing (readership of over 5,000).


Ready to advertise? Review our deadlines and policies below:

  • Chamber Pak is available to members only.
  • Your logo and/or name must be featured prominently in your design and the content in your design must focus solely on your products/services or a charitable non-profit event.  Content must not be in direct competition with any products/services of the Greater Wausau Chamber of Commerce.
  • One insert equals an 8.5" x 11" sheet - maximum size (bi-fold and tri-fold brochures are accepted).
  • The insert must fit in an 8.5" x 11" envelope.
  • No bulk or standard mail stamps or mail permit number should be included on your inserts.
  • Political inserts are not allowed.
  • Payment must be received on or before the due date.
  • In order to be assured that your insert meets all of our policies, participants must submit a copy to info@wausauchamber.com for pre-approval before printing.  The Greater Wausau Chamber of Commerce has the right to refuse any insert not conforming to our policies (pre-printed materials will not be reimbursed).
  • Inserts must be delivered to the Chamber's office at 200 Washington St Ste 120, Wausau, WI 54403, no later than the Friday before the mailing date.
