Get ready! Sponsorship opportunities for all of our signature events taking place between September 2026 and August 2027 will open for registration on:

Monday, August 3rd at 9:00 AM

Registration will remain open through:

Monday, August 31st at 6:00 PM

This is your one and only opportunity to reserve a sponsorship spot for the upcoming program year, so mark your calendar and be ready to register when the page goes live. Any sponsorship spots not claimed during the Sponsor Blitz will only become available to new members on a rolling basis after August 31st.

How It Works

1. Browse & Select — Once registration opens, click the Register button to view all available sponsorship opportunities across our events for the year. Add the sponsorship(s) you're interested in to your cart.
   
   
2. Reserve with a 10% Deposit — All sponsorships are listed at their full price. To reserve your spot, you'll only need to pay a 10% deposit at checkout, plus agree to our Terms & Conditions of Payment.
   • To pay the 10% deposit only, enter code DEPOSIT2026 at checkout. This will discount your total by 90%, leaving your deposit due today.
     
     
3. Pay the Balance — The remaining balance of your sponsorship is due on the 1st of the month in which your event takes place.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit/Debit Card
• E-Check
• Invoicing — Physical checks must be received no later than September 30th. Sponsorships not paid in full (deposit + balance arrangements aside) by this date will be forfeited and the spot released.

• Sponsorship spots are available on a first-come, first-served basis and are not guaranteed until your deposit is received.
