Our enterprise works with area manufacturers our customers. As local subcontractors, we provide quality work, on time, at a competitive price. Our core competencies are: light assembly, protective packaging,wire and wire harness work, paint burn off services and insulation cutting. Our expert team is responsive to all requests.  NVI is a great option for companies looking to grow their business at a time when employees are hard to find.

As a non-profit, our social mission is to ensure that everyone who wants a job has a job. Our employee base is made up of people with a variety of obstacles to employment.  Homelessness, former incarceration, mental health, disability and other obstacles that make it difficult to obtain and maintain employment.  Our beyond work supports provide the tools needed to maintain employment.
