Join attendees from across the state for the 10th Annual Women's Leadership Conference. Individuals at every age and every stage of their professional lives (from entry level to senior leadership) are invited to attend this high-impact, interactive leadership conference. The Women's Leadership Conference is designed to provide attendees with powerful framework and tools to grow professionally and personally and become more effective leaders and the best version of themselves. The conference is developed by a group of women with the intention of energizing, supporting, developing and educating women leaders and those who desire to become leaders.
New in 2025:
This year's conference will begin one night earlier, on the evening of Tuesday, January 14, with a pre-event networking program. The event will include an opportunity to meet other attendees along with this year's featured speakers. The program will also include a keynote by Gina Glover
Members can attend this new extension of our popular conference for $50 (non-members may attend for $70). Please look for the option to add this added experience during registration.

Gina Glover is a professional speaker motivating audiences to think differently about networking and career development. She is a graduate of Ferris State University (Go Bulldogs!) and has been in northeast Wisconsin since 1996. In addition to speaking and coaching, she’s actively writing her first book and on a quest to run a race in every state - state #28 was North Dakota this past June. Gina delivered a TEDx talk in Oshkosh, Wisconsin in November 2023 and continues working to connect business professionals to the skills needed for building better relationships, communicating with confidence and achieving their personal best.

Tough Conversations:Build Your Thoughtfully Fit Core
Darcy Luoma is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Certified Professional Speaker (CSP). She shares insights honed from her diverse experiences, having served as director of a U.S. Senator's office for 12 years, conducted national advance work for the White House and worked on two presidential campaigns, Darcy witnessed firsthand the consequences of not responding thoughtfully. Motivated by these experiences, she developed the Thoughtfully Fit model, drawing from over two decades of coaching leaders and teams.

Chee Yang is a second-generation Hmong American, born and raised in Central Wisconsin. With a background in finance and accounting, Chee has an MBA from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point. A passionate entrepreneur, Chee combines her knowledge with a commitment to innovation and leadership in both business and community. In addition to founding and co-founding several businesses, Chee currently serves as the Controller at Jarp, where she applies her financial expertise to assist in operational efficiencies and strategic growth.

The gelato and gourmet popcorn from Fun Factory Sweet Shoppe was a hit in 2024 and will return in 2025!
Lunch
The menu for lunch is baked chicken, mashed potatoes & gravy, stuffing, corn, tossed greens, & dinner rolls.
Special dietary requests must be submitted as the time of registration. Every attempt will be made to accommodate requests, however, they cannot be guaranteed if they are not submitted a minimum of two weeks prior to the event.
Connect with women-owned businesses
A limited number of booth spaces are available for women-owned businesses among the Chamber's membership to exhibit during registration and lunch at the conference. This is an excellent opportunity to connect with the hundreds of attendees at this year's event. The booth cost is $150 and each booth host is requested to supply a basket to be raffled off to attendees. The booth fee does not include a ticket to the conference. There is a block of rooms reserved for Women's Leadership Conference attendees at the Holiday Inn & Suites which is adjacent to the Central Wisconsin Convention + Expo Center (the venue which will host both the Women's Leadership Conference on Wednesday, January 15).
